How often are you able to sit with someone who is willing to explore anything going on in your life without judgment? The therapy relationship is unlike any other relationship. When we feel safe enough to explore what may normally be difficult to talk about, and our vulnerability is met with real curiosity and understanding, real change and healing can happen.
Therapy is a co-created process. My goal is to get to know what has meaning for you and to facilitate personal growth through increased understanding. I enter each session with a genuine curiosity about what it is like to be the individual(s) sitting across from me.
Each of us has an inbuilt propensity for trying to reach our potential. However, due to past experiences and influences currently outside our awareness, we become blocked on the path to self-realization.
